The 508 Nonprofit Agency, is an faith-based business that operates with over 25 years of hands on experience of serving ministries, nonprofits, business organizations, and community-based agencies. Founded on the principles of sovereignty and self-governance, our agency operates within the highest legal authority recognized by both the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Arizona.

Our Agency is a 508(c)(1)(a) Church Ministry, that operates as a faith-based unincorporated, tax-exempt religious organization recognized by the IRS and under the United States Internal Revenue Code. It is also established as a Private Member Association (PMA), which further strengthens its religious liberty, privacy protections, and right to self-govern in alignment with its religious doctrines and practices. Therefore, are status and full name for legal purposes is: "The 508 Nonprofit 508(c)(1)(a) Ministerial Unincorporated Church, Private Member Association”.

We also operate under private contract law, which is protected by Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution: "No State shall... pass any... Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts." This means our private agreements with members are legally binding and shielded from interference by public agencies. Arizona state law further supports this framework through A.R.S. § 41-1493.04, affirming the right to provide religious-based services without state licensure when consistent with professional standards.

• The Right to Due Process (Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments), ensuring fairness and legal protection before life, liberty, or property can be infringed;

• The Right to Be Secure in Person, House, Papers, and Effects (Fourth Amendment), guarding against unlawful searches and seizures;
